We are not able to offer refunds. All sales are final.
All services, including tailgating and catering, must be paid in full before services are rendered. Catering orders must be paid in full at least one week prior to the event.
We are not liable for theft, injury, sickness, death weather-related inconveniences, or other acts of God.
While we are happy to take requests for specific tailgating spots, we can never guarantee placement. Additionally, the university does not allow us to promise a certain location. But if there is a spot you prefer, and you let us know, we will try our best to place you there.
While we do offer catering, we also handle deliveries for food ordered from third party providers (restaurants, caterers, etc.). We strive for prompt delivery, but sometimes those providers are backlogged, particularly during big events. We cannot be held responsible for delays that occur on their end.
While we make every effort to protect your items, and our track record is excellent, things sometimes happen that are beyond our control when there are thousands of people tailgating in The Grove. Storage and handling of your items by Grove Tailgating Services is always at your own risk and we are not responsible for items damaged, stolen, missing, etc.
Personal items stored outside of football season by Grove Tailgating Services are subject to a minimum $50/month storage fee.
